We are seeking a IT System Integrator with a strong background in enterprise tools, automation, and cross-platform connectivity. This role focuses on integrating software and hardware systems that support non-engineering departments like HR, Legal, and Finance. You’ll be the key link between IT infrastructure and business operations, enabling efficient workflows through secure and reliable system integrations. Your role will span designing integration solutions, working closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical execution, and ensuring all components work harmoniously in our dynamic tech ecosystem.

Responsabilities

    • Lead the deployment and integration of hardware and software systems, ensuring seamless interoperability, scalability, and high performance across diverse environments.
    • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system architecture diagrams, integration procedures, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements, provide subject matter expertise, and drive integration initiatives from planning to execution.
    • Monitor integrated environments proactively, identifying and addressing system issues, and delivering regular updates on progress, challenges, and risks to senior stakeholders.
    • Deploy and integrate tools across teams and departments.
    • Analyze and improve integration processes, reduce manual operations
    • Design, test and implement reliable data and service flows between systems.
    • Validate the functionality, performance, and security of integrated systems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize integration needs Support tool onboarding and evaluate new systems for compatibility

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience as a System Integrator, DevOps Engineer, or Automation Engineer
    • Confident understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and SaaS ecosystems
    • Proficiency in API-based integrations and automation workflows
    • Strong scripting knowledge (Python)
    • AI tooling experience (chat bots etc.,)

    • Nice to Have
    • Experience with tools like Torii, Omnea, NetSuite, Kyriba,
    • Understanding of mobile device management and Google Workspace administration
    • Knowledge of financial workflows and contract management systems
    • Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools Background in InfoSec or compliance support is a plus
