Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage outsourcing partners, focusing on IT, back-office, and middle-office functions.
- Oversee and enhance customer support operations.
- Provide data analytics, reporting, and insights to internal teams to support business decisions.
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Lead and deliver ad hoc projects across multiple business areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
- 3–4 years of professional experience in a financial institution.
- CySEC Advanced Certificate.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
