Responsibilities:
- CRO Strategy Leadership: Define and lead the global CRO strategy across web and mobile, aligned with business growth goals, user acquisition strategies, and product expansion priorities.
- Team & Stakeholders: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Analytics & Funnel Optimization: Oversee deep analysis of the customer journey using platforms like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Firebase. Identify friction points, prioritize opportunities, and guide data-informed decisions to improve KPIs (activation, engagement, retention, conversion).
- Experimentation Framework: Own the experimentation roadmap, from ideation through design, execution, and insights. Deploy scalable A/B and multivariate testing processes using platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, or similar.
- User Research Integration: Lead research initiatives (surveys, interviews, usability testing, heatmaps, etc.) to generate qualitative insights and embed voice-of-the-customer into all CRO activities.
- UX/UI and Landing Page Optimization: Partner with design and front-end teams to optimize layouts, messaging, CTAs, and flows across key acquisition and onboarding journeys.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and own CRO reporting frameworks. Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of CRO and digital performance trends, continuously evolving internal capabilities and testing strategies to remain at the cutting edge.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of experience in CRO roles.
- Proven track record of improving digital conversion and retention metrics in fast-paced, product-led companies—preferably in fintech, online trading, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Expertise in analytics and testing tools: Google Analytics, Amplitude, Firebase, Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Hotjar, Clarity, etc.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, front-end principles, and behavioral psychology in a digital context.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus for communicating technical implementation.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.

- SEO awareness and its impact on page performance.
- Experience working with paid acquisition channels (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates).
- Prior exposure to global multi-language, multi-market digital platforms.
