What You'll Do

    • Provide direct support to the Operations team and Senior Systems Operations Analyst as it relates to developing the company’s tech stack, process improvements and vendor management.
    • Document and obtain approvals on business requirements needed for new or existing system functionality.
    • Ability to quickly learn new application systems and their ability to enhance business and technology processes.
    • Determine specific inputs required to operate an application and have the ability to define outputs the system or application should produce.
    • Create highly detailed functional testing plans and functional specification documentation related to all application development and maintenance.
    • Key member in department and organizational projects across multiple applications.
    • Plan, develop, test and integrate systems solutions to enable business lines and/or departments as well as special Client requests.
    • Confirm software solutions by conducting tests and modifying code and/or configuration.
    • Involvement in the creation and modification of departmentalized account workflows to facilitate effective business process.
    • Administer quality control of application system functionality to ensure data integrity and system synergy with all peripheral device.

What You'll Need

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
    • 4+ years’ experience as an applications analyst, with preference given to ARM industry experience.
    • Ability to multitask between critical projects.
    • Excellent computer skills, with advanced proficiency in all MS office products.
    • Strong understanding of computer languages, such as SQL, C#, Python, and Java.
    • Experience working with Apache NiFi business automation software preferred.
    • Strong understanding of collection software, including but not limited to SaaS CRM software and SaaS Dialer platforms. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users and stakeholders of the organization.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality as it relates to customer accounts as well as internal disciplinary actions/records, and obtain security clearance if required.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills along with a high degree of attention to detail
    • Ability to foster and maintain a collaborative working environment
