Your Mission:
As a Full-Stack Developer at Captiv8, you will play a critical role in enhancing our internal tools and experimenting with external APIs to increase team efficiency and client task management. This mid to senior-level position involves working closely with our engineering team to develop solutions that drive the company forward. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain robust internal tools to improve team productivity and client task handling.
- Lead and participate in AI experiments and evaluate external APIs for potential integration into our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of our product by solidifying its architecture.
- Actively contribute to migrating our codebase to more efficient technologies, maintaining flexibility between PHP/Laravel and Go, depending on your expertise.
- Stay proactive in learning and applying new technologies and methodologies to solve challenging problems.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and either PHP/Laravel or Go.
- Experience with Liquid language for customer.io is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SQL schema design, NoSQL databases, SOLID principles, and REST API design.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to use CI/CD processes for software integration and deployment.
- Agile software development experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AWS.
- Knowledge of social network APIs.
