Your Mission:

As a Senior Paid Media Buyer at Captiv8, you will play a pivotal role in owning and highly strategic paid media strategies for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each campaign's objectives. Your expertise in data analysis and digital platforms will drive optimizations and ensure campaign success while fostering growth within the team.

Your Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute on paid media strategies tailored to client’s KPIs and objectives.
    • Set up paid media for Influencer campaigns and execute optimizations across all channels (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest), implementing tags and pixels where needed.
    • Monitor campaign performance and lead decisions for optimizing throughout the campaign to ensure KPIs are met
    • Analyze large sets of data & compile weekly client-facing deliverables based on performance
    • Manage and foster growth for analysts and associate analysts, providing growth and development opportunities.
    • Customer Insight: Understands target audience behavior, preferences, and motivations is crucial for creating highly targeted and effective paid media campaigns. Analysts should be able to leverage customer insights to inform campaign strategies and optimizations.
    •  ROI Focus: A strong focus on driving return on investment (ROI) for paid media campaigns. Analysts should be able to track and measure campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, to ensure optimal ROI.
    • Continuous Learning: The digital advertising landscape is constantly evolving, with new platforms, tools, and best practices emerging regularly. Paid media analyst should have a growth mindset and be committed to continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead in the field.
    • Advanced Data Analysis: Ability to interpret complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is crucial.
    • A/B Testing: Proficiency in planning and executing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance. This includes testing different ad creatives, targeting parameters, ad formats, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations.

Qualifications You Bring:

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 4+ years of experience working across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok.
    • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
    • Experience with DV, IAS, and other paid tagging 
    • Ability to work under quick deadlines and drive great performance.
    • Highly skilled and proficient in Excel & Google Sheets.
    • Deep understanding of the digital/social media and branded content landscape.
    • Superb project management skills with experience running paid social campaigns.
    • Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Clear communicator, both written and verbally, with clients and internal teams.
    • Interest or experience in startups.
