We seek to enable creators and transform manufacturing across the globe. Our team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Material Planner to join our Material Management team. The Material Planner is responsible for managing material supply to meet production demand plans in a complex manufacturing environment.  


    • Work closely with sourcing team to develop and execute material sourcing strategies
    • Assist in the hardware planning process to support production build plans & identify critical roadblocks
    • Manage transition and timing of product offering changes (engineering changes, new product launches, product line obsolescence, vendor changes)
    • Formulate safety stock levels for production and service support 
    • Analyze demand, lead-time and inventory levels for purposes of reordering material     
    • Supervise the daily push/pull of scheduled deliveries to avoid shortage and overstock situations
    • Audit data while challenging and resolving data integrity issues
    • Seek and implement material shortage resolutions
    • Help facilitate cross-functional communication between all levels of the organization to support new product launches and key process improvement opportunities
    • Work both independently and within a team environment using effective communications skills with people across different organizational levels


    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
    • Must have experience in material planning, procurement, and in a manufacturing environment for multilevel integrated hardware products
    • Comprehensive knowledge of MRP planning using enterprise systems with multilevel Bills of Material
    • Proficiency working with spreadsheets, data analytics, along with the ability to communicate results both verbally and in writing
    • Continuous drive for process improvement and initiative to solve problems
    • Exhibit propensity for problem solving skills and business acumen in a highly dynamic entrepreneurial environment
