Responsibilities:
- Work with business users to understand the shortcomings of the seeded Cloud products
- Develop simple, automated tools to enable business users to quickly and efficiently interact with Oracle’s Cloud system
- Analyze the needs of various teams in the organization and prioritize feature development
- Where appropriate, integrate Oracle Fusion with Carbon's other operational tools (Salesforce, Service Cloud, Quickbase, JIRA, etc)
- Develop testing and maintenance plans to ensure uptime of integrations
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management (or equivalent)
- Experience working with databases and an understanding of database architecture
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP & SCM APIs strongly preferred
- Experience working with Oracle Order Management Cloud APIs strongly preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Quickbase and/or JIRA APIs strongly preferred
- Ability to develop simple, intuitive UIs
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills on the job
- Knowledge of Javascript, PHP, or other coding languages
- Strong communication abilities
