This position has good potential for advancement within the company
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 3 clinics
DOT certified a plus to help with Physicals & Drug Screen but, not required.
Will train for any and all certifications employee is required to have to perform testing.
Candidate must be able to work under limited supervision as a 1 or 2 person team with provider reporting directly to Clinic Manager.

Lead Medical Assistant - Santana Row
- MA/CMA with 2-5 years experience.
- Must have the ability to open/ close clinic and work independently
- Front/Back office, Travel up to 3 local clinics, run labs, QC, antigen test kits
- Administer ordered medications via, oral, topical, rectal, otic, ophthalmic and inhaled Processes orders for medications and supplies in a timely manner
- May assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Provide a pleasant and comfortable environment
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility
- Perform routine clinical functions under the supervision of the provider
- Assist the provider in navigating the EHR/EMR
- Locate information for review
- Participates in team-based care and patient education
- Work to increase patient volume on by admitting walk ins, answering phones and securing appointments.
$23 - $29 biweekly
Salary based on experience and skills
Possible overt time on approval
Candidate's with lead or supervisory skills will be favored.
