About You

    • Candidate must hold a Limited X-Ray License (State of California) as well as a Certified Medical Assistant license with back office experience
    • Applicants must be efficient, reliable, pleasant, professional, sophisticated, punctual, detail oriented, works well with others, and organized
    • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication (both written and verbal) is necessary
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Medical assistant certification
    • Aware of common safety hazards and precautions
    • Ability to react calmly in emergency situations

What You'll Do

    • Operate equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests
    • Schedule patients for tests and/or procedures
    • Administer injections/medical treatments and draw blood
    • Key data into patient records and scans medical records into the patients' charts
    • Assist clinicians with examination when needed and may also assist with office procedures
    • Performs other clinical duties as assigned by clinicians or office manager
