About The Role

Be part of Carbon Health’s dynamic and talented Finance organization. Our Finance team plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Development.

Candidate must live in Bogotá and work in the office one day per week.

What You’ll Do

    • Work closely with other departments to help budget, forecast, and track all revenues and costs
    • Prepare periodic reports detailing performance vs. budget, status of key company drivers, and recommendations for an executive audience
    •  Perform deep dive analyses on KPIs of the business
    • Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed, including potential investments, board presentations, etc.

About You

    •  A self-starter, strategic thinker, and action driven
    •  Possess a strong work ethic and can prioritize for multiple deadlines
    •  Able to flex in changing and fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in FP&A or similar finance role, performing in depth modeling work
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Existing experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
