We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. In this role, you will complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

B2 to C2 conversational English is needed for this role.

What You'll Do

    • Process vendor invoices to ensure invoices are being coded adequately to the GL based on expenditure
    • Handle a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced environment
    • Respond to all incoming AP inquiries in the AP email inbox for invoices and payment status in a timely manner
    • Research and reconcile vendor statements
    • Create and maintain vendor records, such as W9 forms and Banking information
    • Process payment via ACH, Wire transfer, or check
    • Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
    • Assist AP close activities
    • Support all Accounts Payable functions as necessary and ensure the continuous flow of the daily work in the area will participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

About You

    • Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
    • Must be comfortable working with incomplete information and dealing with ambiguity
    • Able to work independently with little supervision and guidance
    • Tipalti and Concur experience are preferred
    • Excel: Highly proficient in Excel (pivot table and vlookup)
