We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 4 years of progressive experience being hands-on and in the weeds of recruitment at a SaaS technology company. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, execute our employer brand strategy, and lead training in talent selection best practices. You’ll need to quickly develop relationships with our GTM, Product and Engineering leaders to fully understand the business context and translate that into ideal candidate profiles, strategic sourcing, and a comprehensive interview process. You’ll consistently track all recruitment-related metrics and regularly analyze them to spot and address issues, inform decisions, and make recommendations.
This is a 6-month contract position, with possibility for extension or future opportunities within our People function.
What you'll do:
- End-to-end ownership of recruitment for all headcount (net new and backfills)
- Deliver a phenomenal candidate experience, ensuring timely responses, delivering feedback and closing the loop
- Tracking and analyze metrics, recruitment pipeline
- Partner with leaders to understand the business context and translate that into ideal candidate profiles, strategic sourcing, and a comprehensive interview process.
- Source and create a pool of highly qualified talent
- Train leaders on talent acquisition best practices that align with our culture and are relevant and contextualized
- Execute our employer brand strategy, including regularly posting on LinkedIn and Glassdoor, monitoring career page traffic and responding to reviews/comments
- Assist with other projects as needed (ex. ATS implementation)
What you'll bring:
- Alignment with our Core Values and a passion for raising the talent bar
- 4+ years of in-house, hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS technology company, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
- A strong track record of sourcing and closing high-quality talent, with the ability to influence candidate decisions using data, clarity, and sound judgment
- Employer brand sensibility with the ability to craft messaging and tell stories that attract top talent, and distribute messaging across platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor
- Ability to run multiple requisitions in parallel while advancing smaller TA initiatives (e.g., ATS implementation, interview training rollouts, process improvements)
- Comfort with recruitment analytics and funnel metrics, and the ability to use insights to guide hiring managers and improve outcomes
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the credibility to partner closely with leaders (including executives) and the adaptability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment
