Join us and you’ll find challenge, growth, and the chance to deliver real impact — helping hundreds of companies and thousands of drivers across North America focus on the work that matters most to them.

Who you are:

You have hands-on experience in creating and implementing content marketing strategies that have results in pipeline and revenue generation with equal focus on creating as well as distributing content. You are an expert in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with a proven track record of ranking in search engines for the relevant keywords. You are a quick learner, and can quickly develop expertise in new markets and personas, and translate that into content that resonates. You are AI-native and have successfully integrated AI into content marketing workflows and understand that AEO is an important part of organic strategy. You’ve thrived at a startup or scale-up, and understand that moving with a sense of urgency is the key to success.

What you'll be doing:

    • Design and implement a content strategy to amplify Cardata’s positioning and messaging (created by the Product Marketing team).
    • Identify the right context mix, coordinate with the team to ensure multi-channel storytelling and ensure a consistent and strong point of view in the market.
    • Evaluate content performance using all data sources available to make recommendations on future investments.
    • Research and stay on top of industry trends and ensure that it informs all content creation and distribution.
    • Combine industry trends with proprietary data to build original thought leadership content across channels.
    • Work with the Creative Campaign Manager and Community Manager to support creative copywriting and campaign development for performance marketing.
    • Be the focal point for all things content production and distribution and ensure that every workflow within marketing is supported with relevant content.
    • Own all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives with clear goals for expanding inbound organic traffic.
    • Own the Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) workflow to ensure presence in LLMs.

What you'll bring:

    • 5+ years of experience in a content marketing or similar role at a B2B SaaS startup.
    • Strong foundational understanding of organic search, organic social, SEO, and AEO.
    • Strong understanding and expertise in content distribution and building organic strategy.
    • Understanding of the major social media algorithms and community forums is an asset.
    • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue targets through organic channels, with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
    • Proven experience in using AI-powered tools to augment key business processes for content marketing.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with a ready portfolio of work.
    • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

This role may not be a fit if:

    • You prefer well-established, mature processes over fast-paced experimentation.
    • You’re not comfortable learning new tech or using new tools on your own.
    • You have limited experience owning pipeline- or revenue-based targets.
    • Data analysis and statistical thinking are not within your comfort zone.
    • You prefer to follow a playbook rather than build one.
Why you’ll love working at Cardata:

We’ll be honest — Cardata isn’t for everyone. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take extreme ownership, and constantly push yourself (and your work) to be the best, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be surrounded by driven teammates who genuinely care — about the work, about our customers, and about helping each other succeed. Together, we take on ambitious goals and celebrate the wins along the way.
