At Cardiologs, our mission is to make tomorrow’s medical diagnosis efficient and accessible to everyone, anywhere, anytime. We leverage machine learning (AI) and cloud computing technologies to fulfill this vision. Our Cardiologs platform is a leading software for the analysis of ambulatory ECG used to help diagnose +1 000,000 patients every year. More recently, we launched a Remote Patient Monitoring solution in the US to help physicians streamline ECG reviews.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist intern to join the team in Paris, to make sure our recruitment process will keep on fuelling our growth!

What you will do

Led by the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding newcomers for several positions, and will take action on the implementation of recruitment projects.

Your missions will revolve around two axes:

Talent acquisition:
- Publication of job ads
- Sourcing, selecting, and pre-qualification phone calls with international candidates in French and English
- Being involved in the whole recruitment scope of Cardiologs jobs (R&D, Engineering, Product, Marketing...etc) for Boston and Paris
- Participating, then leading in-person interviews in French and English
- Monitoring recruitment activities using dashboards 
- Leading partnerships with schools and universities
- Assisting the People Specialist with the onboarding of new employees (preparation of the onboarding journey, contract, first day, creating all the access they need to all platforms, preparing all their goodies…)

Candidate experience:
- Taking part of the candidate experience to every single candidate providing them with the right information at the right time, personalized feedback, etc.
- Working with the different Hiring Managers by being the guardian of our robust internal recruitment process

Success in this role requires also a deep understanding and strong interest in our mission to be able to convince potential candidates.

Who you are

- A student in your last year of Master’s degree, with a specialization in HR/management, you're looking for a 6-month internship (full-time)
- You have already a first experience in tech recruitment, ideally in start-up, in the healthcare or tech industry
- You are very organized, discreet, and trustworthy: you will often be part of confidential information
- You have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- You are passionate about delivering a great candidate experience
- You are fluent in English and French (you will work closely with English native speakers)
