Cardless is looking for an experienced Growth Lead to join our team to join the marketing team and help us quickly ship marketing campaigns across all mediums to support our co-brand cards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with an emphasis on growth for consumer products, ideally consumer fintech.

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a growth or marketing capacity, preferably within the consumer fintech space.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate priorities, opportunities, challenges, and business cases to partner teams.
    • Strong project management skills, demonstrated by successful management of multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Previous experience in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on approach.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for identifying and exploring new growth opportunities.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
    • Basic product sense and a keen interest in understanding product strategy and innovative problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms.
    • A proactive and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition.
    • Lead the development and management of diverse marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
    • Devise and implement detailed influencer strategies for various card brands, overseeing the performance of both organic and paid influencer campaigns.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Iterable) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to improve marketing and sales efforts.
    • Foster relationships with external brands, ensuring timely and organized response to marketing campaign requests.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance and legal, to ensure advertising campaigns are reviewed, approved, and aligned with internal and external standards.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance demand generation and lead generation efforts within the credit card industry.
$135,000 - $165,000 a year
Compensation
This role has an annual starting salary range of $135,000 - $165,000 + equity + benefits (see below). Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and specific work location.
