The Role
- This is a new role - pivotal in our mission to leverage the power of data to drive business decisions, enhance user experiences, and propel our digital cancer platform to new heights.
- The Clinical Research Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive research strategies to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions. This role involves designing, collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights to our clients.
What will you get involved in?
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks / study designs to assess the effectiveness of our solution. The role entails working closely with clients (NHS and Private Providers) on the ground to design these frameworks.
- Facilitating study set-up; design and implementation of screening notes; interviewing; supporting and monitoring clinicians and patients through data collection.
- Lead the collection of quantitative and qualitative data by working closely with the clinicians to design the framework (e.g., designing surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather comprehensive evidence).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, highlighting the insight and areas for improvement.
- Communicate complex clinical evidence and insights to non-medical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and prospects to understand their needs and ensure evaluations are relevant and actionable.
- Present evidence and insight findings internally to be used to create improvements to the way clinicians and patients use our products.

- Led evidence generation projects for digital health solutions to demonstrate value to payors and users.
- Designed study protocols and conducted qualitative research to generate valuable insights.
- Developed partnerships with NHS or similar sites to run evaluations of digital health solutions.
- Gathered user insights for a cancer remote monitoring tool, gaining study approval in the NHS or similar.
- Developed relationships with new prospective clients through introductory calls and defined client development strategy with Chief Executives/Senior Clinical Staff to secure new projects.
- You enjoy problem-solving, are empathetic to customer challenges, and impatient enough to want to solve them.
- Experience in Clinical Research is a nice to have
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Healthcare experience as a facilitator/ researcher required; preferably within the NHS or similar
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing data collection frameworks.
