We are excited to open a new opening in Clarksville, TN for full-time Warehouse and Logistics Coordinators to join us at our Warehouse Facility.
Our current facility is 150,000 Square feet with 34 docks, 28 high door and 4 drive-in doors, so there's always plenty to do. We have 2 shifts; from 0730-16:00. We have plenty of parking on-site in Clarksville.

Operational Responsibilities:
- Participates in inventory activities with general questions and concerns.
- Works in the Warehouse Management System (LogSpace) per business needs.
- Prepares labels for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Communicates professionally with customers
- Process customer orders including; coordination with vendors, sales staff (or other who bring the opportunity) and warehouse staff
- Communicate with Warehouse Manager and Team Leader for daily activities needed for the job to be completed however does not perform warehouse duties alone.
- Timely month closing according to Company deadlines including billing and "Bordero"
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for customers under position responsibility and ensure SOP's are pre-approved by the Manager in advance and stored on the US Alfresco Site.
- Crosstrain co-workers that perform similar duties with proper supporting documentation
- Become cross-trained on other co-workers duties with proper documentation.
- Follow requests from the Manager that are associated with their position.
- Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change your job duties.
General Responsibilities:
- Communicates in a polite and professional manner.
- Acts with good faith, in the interest of the Company
- Abides by all Company's internal and legal rules and regulations
- Shows diplomacy when handling conflict situations. Escalates the problem in case a solution is beyond own authority level.
- Uses Company's equipment to perform job duties only.
$16 - $17.50 an hour
