What you'll be doing

    • Liaise with clients, maintain good relationship and proactively following through with their needs

    • Support the sales team with preparation of quotation and rates requests

    • Timely and accurate update of shipment milestones into system

    • Work closely with functional and operational groups to deliver value to the clients

    • Take ownership of complaints and queries of the clients and proactively following through to resolution

Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably of Sea & Maritime / Transport Major OR Degree in Logistics and/or Management Supply Chain Major 
    • At least 3 years of experience in this industry and familiar with air and sea forwarding 
    • Knowledge of INCO-Terms, Customs and Carrier procedures
    • Proficient in written and spoken English Language
