Job Descriptions:
The incumbent may be assigned all or any of the below for one or more branches within the organization.

Training & Rollout
 1.To conduct quarterly training and rollout process as per steering from HQ
 2.To conduct training and rollout of new business processes & applications
 3.To be responsible for rollout of process & application enhancements
 4.To be responsible for application testing and reporting of mal-functions to CPA team
 5.To manage business process & application training & quality KPI’s
 6.To provide support for business process & applications
 7.To be participation at trainer workshops to improve knowledge and methodologies
 8.To set the necessary focus concerning the respective region
 9.To document all conducted training in the personal file
 10.To define Management needs to be trained first
 11.To potentially take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company needs.

Onboarding
 1.To conduct onboarding training for new join staff according to “Onboarding Pass – Operations/Sales”
 2.To control measure and steer the newcomer onboarding process according to the HR onboarding process. Core business process oriented training
 3.To potentially take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company needs.

Sustainable knowledge quality audit
 1.To conduct quality assessment process quarterly as per procedure.
 2.To discuss quarterly results with Regional/Country Management, Product Management and HR
 3.To focus on process and not on tools. Focus on correct application and not on knowledge without usage.
 4.To steer and manage the 1st and 2nd level business process support (via ticket system)
 5.To organize and adjust working methods of our employees. Virtual desktop and new communication media
 6.To potentially take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company needs.

Development & Improvement
 1.To maintain and improve operational processes & applications
 2.To support quality, training and application improvement/feasibility projects
 3.To be responsible for preparation and facilitation of functional requirement specifications, change and functionality requests
 4.To draw reports & analyze application data to support business process, application & data quality improvement
 5.To potentially take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company needs.

Enforce Global Standards
 1.To coordinate with line management (i.e. Regional TQM ) to implement and monitor of corporate quality standards, guidelines and working procedures
 2.To support of the usage of standard operating procedures
 3.To take the responsibility to achieve data quality standards/operations productivity for all operational systems
 4.To perform employee evaluation/knowledge assessment on all operational systems
 5.To enforce guidelines for compliance management
 6.To potentially take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company needs.

Documentation
1.To outline the latest operational process flow for all transportation mode
2.To identify potential gaps between the operational flow and system process
3.To propose efficient solutions to close any identified gaps
4.To document ongoing and closed issues of the responsible project
5.To prepare and maintain system documentation for user guidance
6.To potentially take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company needs.

Communication
1.To control and report operational KPI’s to responsible persons
 2.To keep close cooperation with BM, MD, NPM’s, HODs
 3.To escalate relevant information requests and ideas within the reporting-structure
 4.To ensure QMS is used by all employees
 5.To potentially take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company needs.

Competencies
1.To propose project priorities within assigned area of responsibility
2.To be responsible for authority to implement directives
3.To be responsible for collaboration with MD/GM/BM and/or NPM to implement directives
4.To monitor performance of the relevant assigned area of responsibility
5.To potentially take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company needs.

Requirements:

    • University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent
    • With at least 3 years experiences in freight forwarding industry
    • Project Management
    • Quality Management
    • Train-the-Trainer capabilities
    • Understanding of logistics processes
    • Computer extended knowledge
    • MS Office extended knowledge (including Visio)
    • Comprehensive user know-how in operational systems
    • English language (business fluent)
    • Proven record of high expertise in operational processes
    • Process oriented capabilities and passion for IT related issues
    • Assertiveness and strong in implementation
    • Analytical skills
    • Leadership skills
