Join to our fast moving and exciting young air cargo team @ our iLogistics Center, Istanbul (Hadımköy) to explore your experience in providing excellent customer service. You will be reporting to team leader and operation manager, who will guide and train you through your career path
What Will You Be Doing ?
- Communication with suppliers, vendors and overseas offices/agents
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Manage shipment documentation and invoicing process
- On time & accurate shipment update to customers through are system.
- Effective pricing handling to customers and overseas offices /agents
What you will need ?
- Experience air cargo handing and pricing min 2-4 years.
- Fluently English in written and verbally.
- Pro-Active thinking and ability to understand customer need.
- Customer oriented
- Experience in working multi-national team members
- Good lever of relation with air cargo carriers
- Knowledge in cargoWise is an asset
