We need a Senior HR Business Partner to operate at a high level of influence, providing guidance on human resources strategy and implementation across regions while ensuring local compliance and cultural sensitivity. 

Your Core Functions

    • Collaborate with business leaders to translate their needs into HR plans aligned with the business objectives: advise on organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategy
    • Manage Employee Relations, HR Operations and Policy Implementation: act as an escalation point for employee relation issues, ensuring resolutions respect HR policies and practices, adhering at the same time to local regulations
    • Monitor workforce metrics, oversee performance management and identify talent to coordinate development programs that ensure succession planning and business continuity
    • Partner with centers of excellence such as talent acquisition, compensation, L&D to deliver support in everything hiring, retention and restructuring related and to drive change management during transformations
    • Support organizational design efforts to optimize team structure and reporting lines for operational efficiency
    • Work closely with regional HR to offer guidance and assist with local challenges

What we hope to see

    • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner
    • Completed business studies with a focus on HR management (Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred)
    • Previous involvement in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management
    • Proficient in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, conflict resolution, and change management
Minimum salary is starting from € 60.000 gross annually*
*The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
