Are you a freight sales professional seeking a new challenge in the Pharma & Healthcare vertical? Ready to move beyond just hitting targets and truly shape growth? If so, we may have the perfect role for you!

Today, cargo-partner is a well-known player in Air & Sea market in Austria and the CEE region, aiming to become a well-recognized player in the pharma market as well. Together with you, we’ll get there!

How will you contribute?

    • Setting a clear target list for yourself and the respective countries –  aligned with the directors of Business Development and Product Management
    • Acting as the key account manager for defined accounts: identify and hunt new business, as well as manage, maintain and maximize potential of strategic key accounts
    • Collaborating with the product team to prepare marketing materials when needed
    • Supporting customer audits (with managing directors and the Quality team)
    • Ensuring continuous and regular alignments with Corporate and Regional Product Managers and country Business Development
    • Working together with the Global Network Development Team to support agent business

What do we expect?

    • 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable position and a completed commercial education
    • A collaborative person who works effectively in teams, communicates openly, and contributes constructively to group objectives 
    • Influential communication skills with customer-centric approach - to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders 
    • Sales driven individual who thinks critically and strategically, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, business growth to support organizational objectives 
    • Excellent presentation abilities and good MS Office skills (Excel; Power Point)
Minimum salary starting from € 56.000 gross annually + bonus agreement*
*The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience, and it will be discussed in the interviews.
