Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
1.Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
2.Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal management and external partners.
3.Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
4.Conduct research for key country’s market analysis.
5.Assist all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
6.Assist our social media presence
7.Collaborate with sales team to collect sales requirements
8.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
9.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:
- BS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing is preferred
Special Knowledge:
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or PPT.
- Experience in optimizing WeChat Account, XiaoHongShu, and Douyin
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Baidu SEO campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Personal Qualification:
- Team player
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Fluent English in written and oral
