For our office in ZAGREB, CROATIA we are looking for:

INSIDE SALES - TELESALES SPECIALIST (m/f)

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who is eager to sell fright forwarding services by phone or live!

If you are well organized, prone to analytics and business intelligence and you are master of telecommunication you would certainly be great fit for this role.

This role represents support to our field sales specialists and product managers and thus takes great part in sales success.

Requirements

    • Commercial education at higher level (education in freight forwarding considered as advantage)
    • Min. 2 years of working experience in sales / telesales
    • Deep industrial knowledge is considered as advantage
    • Computer knowledge, Advanced MS Office
    • English language
    • Strong Analytical, Presentation and Communication skills
    • Sales oriented, Administration prone, Team player

Key responsibilities

    • Active sales and business development within defined field of responsibility
    • Active participation in focusing and directing of business development activities
    • Influencing business development strategy and its execution
    • Presenting services
    • Representing interests of the Company before 3rd parties
    • Cooperation with other organizational units within the Company
