What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance with cargo-partner Group directives and giving guidance
- Build up and develop the finance organization with establishment of group standards
- Cooperate with IT departments during rollout projects for new systems (TMS/accounting), leading the project from finance side, assist as subject matter expert
- Provide Leadership for Finance and Accounting and development of local finance and accounting departments
- Ensure group-wide compliance with legal and tax regulations
What we are looking for:
- University degree in business/economics, 5+ years of previous experience at same or similar managerial positions in Finance
- Leadership skills with ability to train and develop personnel, building up a finance organization
- Independent individual with proactive approach, with ability to learn new computer systems
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills to all levels of management and employees
- Qualified Accountant
- Knowledge of SAP, international accounting (IFRS/IAS)
- Fluent English is necessary + other European languages as benefit
Wage (gross): 6000 EUR/month *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
