In our IT application management department, you'll get the chance to learn on the job how to deal with various software configurations and errors, become part of challenging projects for the platform solutions- supporting global roll-out, daily operations and improvements.
Your work will be focused on:
- All stages of SDLC, carry out system design, development and implementation of logistics related applications.
- Business requirement analysis and translation into requirement specification.
- Internal & external project implementation, responsible for the testing, training and technical support.
- On-going application maintenance.
- Product customization activities of logistics related applications.
- Any ad-hoc queries and report requests.
What do we expect?
- Bachelor holder in Logistics, IT, or relevant disciplines.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a global company, with solid application support / implementations knowledge in Supply Chain / Logistics industry.
- Experience in freight management application support / project implementation, such as CargoWise One, Blujay/Kewill, etc.
- Experience in an Agile approach of Project and Change Management.
- Experience in Application lifecycle Management.
- Experience in RPA (less experience is also preferable).
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated and work independently.
