Handle telephone calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner
Greet and escort all visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage the booking of conference rooms
Arrange daily postal/mailing & courier orders
Ask for quotation from suppliers, review the price and arrange the ordering of drinking water/ stationery/ pantry materials/ business name card/ printing materials
Assist in company activities, e.g. Christmas Party, Annual Dinner, etc.
Provide general office administration and clerical support
Liaise with Building Management Office
Arrange carpet cleaning & pest control, supervise the out-sourced office cleaning work
Assist Manager Administration to handle Office Safety & supervise Office Assistant
Take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs
Higher Diploma or above
At least 2 years of experience in Admin field
Customer-orientated with good telephone manner
Positive attitude, attentive to details & independent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS office
Good command of spoken in English and Mandarin
Knowledge on office safety and first-aid is an advantage
Immediate available is preferred
