Trade Lane Manager - Intra Asia

Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
·            To coordinate, direct and lead sales within defined field of responsibility
·            To own business development activities
·            To be responsible for route management and development of Intra-Asia lanes
·            To retain & keep good relationship with existing clients
·            To represent interests of the Company before third parties
·            To coordinate the relations with other sections in the Company
·            To follow and accomplish Business Development department common targets
·            To maximize the sales volume at all the time
·            To expertise in country facts and knowledge, economic geography skills, competitor information, key and target accounts
·            To monitor risk management and payment term agreements
·            To assist superior route management and development of defined markets and trade lanes
·            To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.

Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:
·            University degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent
·            with at least 3 years’ business development/sales experience

Special Knowledge:
·            Freight forwarding
·            Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.)
·            English language
·            Mandarin language

Personal Qualification:
·            Proven record of own business development with multinationals
·            Convincing presentation skills
·            Negotiation skills
·            Sales-oriented
·            Self-confident
·            Self starter and Go extra miles
·            Positive and can do attitude
·            Good manners and appearance
·            Intercultural interest, skills and experience
·            Experience in inbound/outbound business
·            Willingness and ability to travel
·            Able to work under pressure
