Role Summary

    • This position will provide organizational, operational and administrative support to the Global Chief Commercial Officer for smooth functioning of Commercial Department

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

    • Managing CCO's calendar and schedule. Robust management of emails and calls– actioning, escalating and delegating as required
    • Act as a liaison between the CCO office and executives, employees, clients, other external partners & the wider business and ensuring all the information flows smoothly and efficiently
    • Travel and Logistics Management
    • Coordinating meetings, appointments.
    • Gather content for meetings, support with presentation materials, paperwork and event management for meetings.
    • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
    • Build and maintain a strong network across the business.
    • Assisting in the preparation and submission of commercial proposals and tenders.
    • Managing and organizing commercial documents and files.
    • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
    • Monitoring and updating sales and financial data.
    • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to ensure delivery of outcomes. Identify issues and propose solutions.
    • Supporting the CCO in any other tasks as required to achieve departmental goals
    • Occasional travel to overseas offices as per work requirement.

Qualification

    • Mandatory - Graduate in any discipline
    • Preferred – Post Graduate in Business Management & Project management certification

What Will Make You Successful…

    • 5-7 years of relevant work experience preferably in freight forwarding/ logistics Industry
    • Work experience of large scale and complex projects, from start to finish
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite, calendar management tools and other computer tools required to efficiently deliver the responsibilities.
    • Strong project management skills and
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative and able to build rapport and influence at all levels
    • Analytical approach to problem solving
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Flexibility, professional approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
