We have just had our most profitable year ever and our expansion plans are in full flow having recently opened up new offices in Barcelona and Mexico City this year. We now have over 160 offices in 40 countries and over 4000 employees worldwide with ambitious plans in the pipeline. We are growing our team in Kuala Lumpur and we are looking for a Regional HR Administrator for our ASEAN region that is both educated and experienced in HR.

 
In this crucial role, you will be working directly with our regional HR team in Singapore to provide regional HR services to our ASEAN sites. To succeed at cargo-partner you will need to be a determined and passionate HR professional that welcomes the challenge of working in turbulent and ever changing sector.

What your role will cover:

                 Perform the onboarding activities for new hires – logistics arrangement and conduct new hire orientation
                 Perform HR related administrative tasks – update records on Workday, input payroll and financial data, assist in creating monthly HR reports, create offer letters/contracts, update organization chart, perform medical & leave administration, handle cessation paperwork, filing of employees’ documents etc.
                 Provide support in recruitment – ad placement, shortlisting, arrange interviews, performance reference checks, conducting interviews
                 Communicate to employees/managers on company directives; employee benefits or programs to improve staff morale and create a positive work atmosphere
                 Conduct online and face to face training to employees
                 Escalate employees’ issues and concerns to upper management
                 Generate HR-related reports for management review
                 Source, enroll and coordinate training classes for employees
                 Organize and coordinate employee social activities to boost staff morale and retention
                 Work in close collaboration with Regional HR team
                 Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents
                 Perform other tasks or duties as assigned
                 Perform office administration work including stationery supplies, office rental, renovation, phone system etc.
                 Plan and coordinate logistic arrangements for the arrival of overseas guests
 

What you will have:

                 Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or similar
                 At least 2 years of work experience within HR
                 Integrity, self-motivated and passionate in HR
                 Skillful in planning, organizing, coordinating daily and future activities
                 Meticulous, numeric and fast service oriented
                 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
                 Collaborative and able to work across boundaries and diversities
                 Non-discriminatory and maintain high confidentiality
                 Strive well under stress 
                 Proficient in MS office (Excel /PowerPoint)
