Our colleagues in the exciting area of Sales are in charge of maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships as well as finding, attracting and acquiring new customers. This includes conducting market research, defining target markets and customers, analyzing clients’ supply chain processes and identifying optimization potentials.
 
We are now looking for a skilled Key Account Sales SEE to look after cargo-partner´s relationships with the most important clients and develop optimizations, innovations and improvements based on the current market situation and customer requirements for the development of our forwarding and logistics division in the region.

Your main tasks:

Coordination and leadership of Key Account Development
Key Account Sales towards own targets on activity (volume, GP)
Identify Key Account targets and maintain substantial pipeline
Lead business negotiations with customers on behalf of the company
Maintain positive relationships at all times including trouble shooting with customer
Analysis of problems
Regularly review of processes and if necessary improvements and cost savings
Establish contacts to Turkish Key Accounts and build network
Ensure quality preparation of SOP and other documents       
Participate on local and international tenders
Support Cross Sales activities in CP Region 


We expect:
We look for people with salest experience and a deep knowledge of freight forwarding. Strong client focus, relationship building and negotiation skills are a key to success. If this sounds like you, please apply TODAY!

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry is a must
• Solid experience to support our Key Accounts’ inquiries, operations issues and data analysis and reporting (such as SOPs and KPIs).
• Ability to emphasize with client and present client needs effectively to project team and management.
• Team driven, customer-focused, ability to solve problems quickly
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Turkish language
• Profitability and results oriented.
• Self-driven, strong leader, energetic and passionate with work

Wage (gross): 3000 EUR/month *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
