 Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
1. To lead the branch office
2. To be P&L responsibility for the branch office
3. To be responsible for personnel leadership and personnel planning for the branch office in cooperation with the senior management
4. To monitor working discipline and assess the work and results of the employees
5. To maintain agents relationships in accordance with company policy
6. To prepare the budget and monitor the keeping of budget lines
7. To receive reports from departments of the branch office maintains agents relationships in accordance with company policy
8. To monitor progress of claims
9. To perform guidelines issued by the higher management
10. To set and achieve the company targets
11. To monitor the profitability and efficiency of processes within the branch office
12. To be cooperation with headquarter and other branch offices
13. To provide customer service, especially for key accounts
14. To be responsible for development of existing and implementation of new products and traffic lanes
15. To be responsible for costs and revenues of the branch office
16. To review company performance and financial results
17. To review and sign business documentation of general importance for the company
18. To organize the control the set up of the branch office
19. To provide optimal functioning of all organizational divisions as well as the branch office as a whole
20. To mentor of management potentials
21. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.

Convincing presentation skills in native tongue and English language

Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:
University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent
with at least 5 years’ management experience
