We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual to be a part of ROAD INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT TEAM by taking on the role of:
ROAD INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT OFFICER
What you´ll be doing:
· Planning, organization and execution of International Truck Transports (FTL/LTL)
· Customer inquiries handling
· Offers preparation
· Negotiations
· Invoicing
· Intensive communication with carriers, customers and business partners which includes:
1. Maintaining personal contacts;
2. Reaching the best rates through negotiation process;
3. Customer service
Required:
· Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
· Desirable 3-5 years of previous experience at same or similar positions
· Desirable knowledge of Road Transport and/or freight forwarding
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office
· Knowledge of languages; fluent English is necessary
· Accurate, self-initiative and self-confident personality
· Business orientation and customer focus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Positive and motivating attitude
