What Your Tasks Will Be:
- Support and manage IT Infrastructure to the users in Asia Pacific regions
- Responsible to provide effective solutions to solve the issue/problem on the system incident; provide timely end-user support in a professional manner
- Maintain system documentation, manage IT assets, software licenses, maintenance and inventory list in country
- Maintain IT Infrastructure to ensure its security, policies stability and compatibility to business requirement and corporate standard & IT governance
- Hands-on support on servers, network equipment and virtualized environment
- Enable smart procurement for IT related purchases to speed up the delivery and cost saving
- Coordinate with service provider for the IT Infrastructure setup
- Work as a team with respect with continuous learning to keep pace with the transportation & IT industry
What Your Experience Will Be:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines
- 2 years of proven IT experience in technical support
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft servers and desktop products and their supports
- Experience in MS AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Server, Data Backup, IIS, IPT/PABX, Cisco/HP switch, VMWare/Hyper-V and troubleshooting
- Experience in IT vendor management, procurement and IT asset management
- Knowledge in Microsoft SQL or Oracle database is an advantage
- Certificate in CCNA, MSCE or ITIL is a plus
