This role includes managing end to end Payroll,  Compliance , HR Operations, Employee Benefits & HRIS at PAN India level for on-roll and off-roll employees.

This role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana

About the Job

    • PAYROLL
    • 1.     Responsible for managing end to end payroll processing, review of payroll inputs and coordination with payroll vendor to ensure accurate payroll processing
    • 2.     Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
    • 3.     Processing of payments to employees as per timelines
    • 4.     Provision of JVs, monthly provisions, payroll analysis, variance reporting, preparation of monthly analysis reports, reconciling data, HR cost agreements for shared resources (employees)
    • 5.     Monthly MIS reports (payroll, provision, audit, compliance, attendance, headcount, FTE audit etc.)
    • 6.     Generate reports and provide data to support management decision-making as and when required.
    • 7.     Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
    • 8.     Streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • 9.     Resolving payroll discrepancies
    • 10.  Annual income tax proof collection, tax data audit and generation of Form 16
    • 11.  Participating in change initiatives including automations and HRIS- payroll integration through vendor identification, user testing, providing inputs to improve the controls and efficiency in the process.

    • COMPLIANCE
    • 1.     Monitor and enforce statutory compliance related to payroll.
    • 2.     Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
    • 3.     Liaise with government authorities and legal consultants.
    • 4.     Compliance and closure of notices received from Statutory Authorities.
    • 5.     Monitoring registration licenses (New/Renewal/Amendment) under applicable acts.
    • 6.     Manager PAN India statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, TDS, actuarial like Bonus and Gratuity – Coordinating with vendors
    • 7.     Responsible for timely statutory payments towards ESIC, PF, Professional Tax, LWF, Maternity benefit returns and other applicable compliances.
    • 8.     Attending to legal notices and its immediate reply in consultation with Company legal department/Legal Consultants
    • 9.     Data provision for Internal and External audits

    • HR Operations and Employee Benefits
    • 1.     Execute joining formalities of new joiners at respective location and coordinate with SPOC for formalities at other locations. Ensure 100% compliance in the joining documentation.
    • 2.     Prepare and issue letters – Appointment letter, confirmation Letter, warning, transfer, increment, PIP etc.
    • 3.     Maintain online and physical personnel files and up to date employee records
    • 4.     HRIS updation - Ensure employee data maintenance in Workday and PERS.
    • 5.     Managing probation confirmation/extension, PIP, unauthorized absence, full and final of onroll and offroll employees
    • 6.     End to End Time and attendance – PAN India
    • 7.     Administrative working on Employee Self service module
    • 8.     Managing employee grievances related to payroll and benefits.
    • 9.     Manage the entire group insurance portfolio for onroll and offroll employees
    • 10.  Maintain employee master file and events like transfer, promotion etc. in excel.
    • 11.  Participate in annual salary increment process and target bonus calculation.
    • 12.  Participate in salary benchmarking and other Country/Global HR projects.
    • 13.  Coordinate timely employee reimbursements and benefits (Mobile, Fuel etc)
    • 14.  To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
    • 15.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including time and attendance, benefits, and tax information

Skillset, qualification & experience, we are looking for:

    • 1.     Mandatory - Graduate in any discipline
    • 2.     Preferred - Post-graduate in Management with specialization in Human Resources/ Finance
    • 3.  3-5 years of experience in payroll, compliance, vendor management, HR operations and Employee benefits
    • 4.     Strong in MS Excel – Vlook up, Hlook up, IF Function, WhatIf, Nested IF, Sub-total, Advance filters, Dashboards, Pivot Charts, Conditional Formatting etc.
    • 5.     Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    • 6.     Excellent HR analytical  and people skills
    • 7.     Working knowledge of workday will be preferred
    • 8.     Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
    • 9.     High level of professionalism and discretion
    • 10.    Team spirit
    • 11.    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
