• Import and export shipment coordination.
• Elaboration and revision of the documentation of sea and air shipments
• Communication with internal and external clients, suppliers, sales and agents.
• Customer service
• Monitoring and updating shipments status.
• Carta porte handling.
• Handling of the shipment files, updating the systems and reports.
• KPI achievement.
• Payments and invoices handling for the shipments in coordination with the finance department. Requirements
• Degree in International trade, International Business or similar.
• 1 or 2 year experience.
• Knowledge in import and export sea and air operations.
• Knowledge in import and export customs clearance.
• Cargo Wise.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Team work and good communication skills.
• Commitments and attention to details.
• Organization skills.
