On one hand you will support Corporate Director Controlling with daily business activities and ongoing projects; on the other hand you will take full responsibility for business reporting, budgeting and process planning. Not only will you constantly develop and learn but also become a reliable partner to top management. What you´ll be doing?

    • Reporting
    • ·       Take over report ownership for the implemented reports on the Jasper Reporting Platform
      ·       Steering and participation on implementation of new reports and processes, their adaption, trainings and further coordination of regional and country controllers
      ·       Take over responsibility in various projects (improvement and measurement of the internal control system (ICS), etc.)
      ·       Active participation on further development of jasper reporting platform & CP tools platform (documentation, glossary, manuals, testing, training, etc.)
      ·       Preparation of various regular and ad hoc financial and operational reports, analysis and rankings for headquarters, regions and countries.
      ·       Maintenance of master data in SAP, AS400 (cost centers, profit centers, etc.)

    • Month End Closing
    • ·       Consolidation of financial results from countries on corporate level to deliver outcome for whole international group.
      ·       Close cooperation with international affiliated companies (coordination of regional and country controller, etc.)
      ·       Checking correctness of bookings in P&L sheet (SAP) and requesting corrective actions from countries, maintenance of accounting periods, etc.
      ·       Update fixed cost allocation rules in SAP and perform bookings
      ·       Analyzing of financial results/main KPIs and preparing comments

    • Strategy and Budget Process
    • ·       Active participation at the budget process on corporate level

What you´ll need?

    • Commercial education - Bachelor/Master's degree
    • Proven working experience as a Controller/Analyst or equal level of business experience
    • Strong (self) organizational, analytical, commercial and target orientated skills
    • Superior skills in MS Office (already available SAP skills would be advantageous)
    • Business fluent English communication skills
    • Own initiative and assertiveness
    • Strong sense of team commitment and teamwork

Salary:

    • Basic gross salary is starting from 1,600 Eur/month depending on qualification and experience of selected candidate, plus 13th salary and Christmas bonus
