On one hand you will support Director Controlling with daily business activities and ongoing projects; on the other hand you will take full responsibility for business reporting, budgeting and process planning. Not only will you constantly develop and learn but also become a reliable partner to top management. Role & Responsibilities
a)    Month end closing process : to organize and supervise the month end closing process with respect to accounting and controlling tasks. [P&L posting (all indirect Cost) , Fixed Cost Allocation, D/A Files, Interface checking Result Analysis, check the correctness of FTE Allocation]
b)    Budget : (coordinator of bottom -up budget process and final top - down budget adjustments within the country down to each profit and cost center leader, ensuring well prepared, reasonable, realistic, but also ambitious country budget, which is aligned with Senior management’s instructions and in compliance with the deadlines. Part of this task is also the responsibility for cost budgeting and collection of the budget figures within the country and passing them to the Regional Controller / Regional Finance Manager once they are final)
c)     Master Data : Make sure the correctness of the Master Data (e.g. PIC of cost centers and profit centers, fixed cost allocation, traffic relation allocation)
d)    Project : Involved in or can have the lead of projects about new Jasper implementation or other controlling topics
e)    Training  : Providing jasper training to all PC & Line manager including the MD
f)      Reporting Platform:  Sales & operational report, support on the new report testing, roll out of new reports
g)    Other : Training on the Budget Process , sharing the reporting cycle, benchmarks & ranking.

Educational Qualification
a)    Mandatory – Commerce Graduate
b)    Preferred - Post-graduate in Management 

Experience and Skills
a)    Expert in Advance Excel.
b)    10 years of relevant work experience with 2+ years in Finance controlling department or  Analytical or MIS department
c)     Good to have freight forwarding knowledge.
d)    Analytical skills, can work with big databases
e)    Controlling, reporting, finance and cost accounting know how
f) Strong sense of team commitment, which includes meeting deadlines, punctuality and excellent follow-through and feedback
