cargo-partner India is looking for am Executive in Accounts Payable to join our friendly team in Gurgaon. If you are well-versed in accounting principles, you enjoy working with numbers and are eager to broaden horizons within the international company, this is the right opportunity for you.
A. Tasks & Responsibility
· Handling, receiving and posting operational and non-operational invoices. Calculating, posting business transactions, invoice processing, verifying financial data for use in maintaining records.
· Clarifying questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.
· Obtaining proper information and data regarding invoice payments.
· Verifying and calculating all extensions and totals on invoices.
· Checking vendor files for any previous payments and assigning voucher numbers.
· Maintaining copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.
· Preparing vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
· Reconciling bank statements
· Change reconciling bank statement to Reconciling vendor account.
Level of Education:
Finance Graduate
Working Experience:
2-3 years of experience
Special Knowledge:
Computer basic knowledge,
MS Office Linguistic proficiency in native and English language (business fluent)
Personal Qualification:
Attention to detail
Data analysis
Basic accounting knowledge
Ability to maintain good vendor relationships
Fast and accurate data entry skills
₹35,000 - ₹40,000 a month
