What you'll be doing

    • Drive and generate new business development through selling cargo-partner value proposition
    • Build strong rapport and relationship to maximize customers' satisfaction
    • Close collaboration with cross functions and borders to achieve a seamless delivery of our services
    • Participate in tender bids and price negotiation with customers
    • Prepare proposals and quotations
    • Perform regular and quality update in the Customer Relations Management
    • Perform tasks related to marketing activities and relevant services' market research

Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably of Sea & Maritime / Transport Major OR Degree in Logistics and/or Management Supply Chain Major 
    • Minimum 3-5 years in B2B business development role
    • Strong knowledge of Balikpapan business market
    • Self driven, resourceful person with good problem solving skills
    • Strong customer focus and relationship building
    • High proficiency in spoken and written English
