cargo-partner is in search for the Commercial Assistant to Corporate Product Manager who will responsible for managing the back office of the Corporate Product Management. The role requires a close collaboration with Corporate Product Manager and other HQ departments to assist in an effective and efficient product development.

Your main tasks:

Establish implement and run a concept to measure and control the compliance with our commercial directives
Preparation of statistics & presentations for diverse meetings and reporting (f.e. NPM Meeting, Regional Reporting, customer visits, carrier negotiation and partner development)
Coordinate and follow up on issues (Targets, Tasks, Ideas) and monitor deadlines
Ensure validity and completeness of our documentation in QMS concerning Directives and Procedures Coordinate with QMS the necessary DCR (Document Change Requests)
Provide ,arketing/ chairman’s office with content related to “best practice” ,“success stories”, important market news and organizational changes
Work in dedicated projects with the BPOs to ensure a clear definition of Business Requirements
Evaluate new product launch possibilities
Organize all kind of meetings, including annual Product Management meetings
Organize and coordinate important appointments
Organize and coordinate business trips

We expect:
We look for people with the experience in sea freight and the ability to execute multiple plans simultaneously. A stable self-motivated work attitude with a permanent drive to challenge the status quo are a key to success. If this sounds like you, please apply TODAY!

At least 3 - 5 years business experience from logistics, supply chain management or industrial engineering
Knowledge of Project Management, Process Management
MS Office (specially MS Excel)
Knowledge in operational Systems (Jasper, Alfresco, AS400)
Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and disciplined
Preferable experience with CargoWise One

Wage (gross): 2000 EUR/month *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
