Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:

    • Chairing the front desk to answer phone calls and host guests in good manner;
    • Ensure cleanness, tidiness, safety, and security of the office environment;
    • Customer/candidate welcome (lead to meeting room, serve drink);
    • Make travel arrangement for staffs such as airline tickets, hotel reservation, etc.;
    • Provide housekeeping services including mail and messenger delivery, ordering meals, arrange cleaning services, etc.;
    • Maintenance of staff address book and seating chart
    •  Managing company assets, including procurement and maintenance of office equipment and office supplies;
    • Ad hoc support for teams, departments and site-service function.
    • Activities & Events support;
    • Responding to management needs and make necessary arrangement;

Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:

    • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 1-2 years reception/administrative experiences

Special Knowledge:

    • Computer basic knowledge, MS Office
    • Strong communication skills in term of English and Mandarin
