Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
- Chairing the front desk to answer phone calls and host guests in good manner;
- Ensure cleanness, tidiness, safety, and security of the office environment;
- Customer/candidate welcome (lead to meeting room, serve drink);
- Make travel arrangement for staffs such as airline tickets, hotel reservation, etc.;
- Provide housekeeping services including mail and messenger delivery, ordering meals, arrange cleaning services, etc.;
- Maintenance of staff address book and seating chart
- Managing company assets, including procurement and maintenance of office equipment and office supplies;
- Ad hoc support for teams, departments and site-service function.
- Activities & Events support;
- Responding to management needs and make necessary arrangement;
Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 1-2 years reception/administrative experiences
Special Knowledge:
- Computer basic knowledge, MS Office
- Strong communication skills in term of English and Mandarin
