How about our new job opportunity at cargo-partner suitable for a commercial thinker who is ready to create, innovate, lead and contribute to operation excellence and profit growth.
You will be in charge of our logistics center in Sofia with around 22k square meters of warehouse space where we offer all round services and storage options for any type of goods.
The position has leadership aspect where you will lead more than 50 employees split into two subdivisions, physical Warehouse and Warehousing , and build strong interfaces with cross-functions. You should have strong financial skills since you will take over P&L responsibility. The role enables you to broaden your industry contacts - you will be connecting with distribution providers, logistic partners and participate in national and international logistics tenders. Moreover you will support cross-sales and business development activities related to Contract Logistics and Value Added services. As a subject matter expert you will lead key account sales to understand the demand of large customers and offer tailor made solutions. You will have space to share your ideas and be creative, especially when it comes to product development and implementation of new products. As trusted partner you will prepare overall strategy to enable competitive service at a reasonable cost.
In doing so your workload will be divided as follows:
· Product Development 30%
· Sales / Customer account management /Pricing 30%
· Product management 30%
· Control 10%
Competencies & Experience:
- Proven track in Contract Logistics in terms of:
- - Development of unique selling proposition and product definition
- - Implementation and product launch within sales and operational organization
- - Key account sales and development
- Leadership experience in managing large teams
- Fluent English
