Keep daily working communication with local supplier,carrier, customs broker, warehouse
Maintain the high levels of customer satisfaction
Promptly reply customer's enquiry
Deal with customer complaint efficiently and effectively
Implement customer SOP,review and update
Montly billing report

Education/Professional Qualifications:

    • College graduate above
    • Opening mind,postive work attitude

Experience Required:

    • At least 3 year global freight forwarding experience ,especially on operation area
    • CET-4 or above
    • Strong Backgroud on follow up shipments and communication skill
