If you join us, you will become a part of friendly operations team which is responsible for A-Z handling of Air cargo shipments while providing excellent customer service. You will be reporting to a Team Leader and Operations Manager and you will certainly appreciate fast approval and decision-making process and possibility to learn and develop along the way.

And this is what you'll be doing...
- Communicate with clients which goes hand in hand with troubleshooting. Dealing with different situations will however challenge your assertiveness, ability to think outside of the box and solve problems. Moreover you will be involved in inside sales activities.
- Interact with business partners. You can take an advantage of interactions with agents, airlines and customs bodies because it enables you to learn more about business and grow your professional network.
- Issue and monitor transportation documents and electronic data processing. We use modern IT solutions which will make your day-to-day life so much easier.
You aren't experienced in all aspects of the job but you are willing to work & learn- dont't worry, our onboarding team will get you up to speed in no time!
This is what you are bringing...
- willingness to work & learn
- at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding industry
- competency in handling Air cargo shipments
- English fluency, both oral and written one
