Buscamos un profesional capacitado para unirse a nuestro equipo de operaciones en Puebla. Si tiene experiencia en transporte aéreo y marítimo y le encanta el transporte de carga tanto como a nosotros, ¡necesitamos su ayuda!
Your job tasks will be:
- Manejar la documentación/operación diaria para envíos de carga marítima y aérea.
- Comunicación con clientes, proveedores, vendedores y agentes.
- Mantener las relaciones con los clientes.
- Coordinar con oficinas en el extranjero para la planificación y organización de envíos.
- Recibir pedidos de envío
- Organizar reservas con transportistas
- Supervisar los pagos y facturas de los clientes en cooperación con el departamento de finanzas.
- Trabajo diario con el sistema (información de envío, actualizaciones, cambios)
- Otras tareas asignadas por el gerente
What do we expect from you:
- Título de escuela secundaria o universitaria con especialización en Logística/Comercio Internacional/Inglés de negocios o relevante
- Es imprescindible tener experiencia laboral en operaciones aéreas y marítimas: al menos 2 años.
- Al menos es bueno tener un inglés comunicativo.
- Buena capacidad de comunicación
