Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks
- 1. Send BL and invoice to the customers
- 2. Inventory count and deliver the stationery
- 3. Fill the bills of the month
- 4. Check the bill of expense and make file by excel
- 5. Deal with the problems of the printer
- 6. Fill the tabulation of work attendance every week
- 7. Book company car for business
- 8. The daily visit, call reception and tansfer
- 9. Daily administrative transactions, such as booking flights, hotels, property cost of treatment, office supplies procumbent and distribution, business card printing, office equipment maintenance,etc.
- 10. Other tasks assigned by management.
- 11. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
