Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks

    • 1. Send BL and invoice to the customers
    •       2. Inventory count and deliver the stationery
    •       3. Fill the bills of the month
    •       4. Check the bill of expense and make file by excel
    •       5. Deal with the problems of the printer
    •       6. Fill the tabulation of work attendance every week
    •       7. Book company car for business
    •       8. The daily visit, call reception and tansfer
    •       9. Daily administrative transactions, such as booking flights, hotels, property cost of treatment,       office supplies procumbent and distribution, business card printing, office equipment maintenance,etc.
    •     10. Other tasks assigned by management.     
    • 11. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
