What you'll be doing

    • Assist in managing and providing support to the Chief Representative's clients, partners and own offices worldwide

    • Analyse data, prepare/generate reports and slides for meetings/conference calls

    • Taking meetings/conference call minutes

    • Organising meetings, conference calls and business trips for Chief Representative

    • Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements for the arrival of overseas guests

    • Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents

    • Keeping the office in order and support in the administrative functions of the office

Minimum Qualifications

    • University degree or equivalent with major in Business, Human Resources or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of working experience in freight forwarding or equivalent
    • Knowledge of logistics would be an advantage over others
    • Conversant in both spoken and written English for liaison with Management
    • Proficient in MS office (excel /powerpoint)
