Sea Cargo Import
- Sea import customer service with below knowledge -
- Doing overseas communication related to shipments
- Sending updates to local customer regarding their shipment status (which comes from overseas)
- Getting HBL draft from overseas sending it to customer (consignee) for approval
- Checking MBL draft and approving it to overseas
- Giving pre-alert to customer
- Giving freight certificate to customer
- Filing IGM with shipping line and manifest of console
- Getting shipping line document requirement and sending it to customer
- Release forwarder DO
- Getting shipping line invoices and getting the shipping line payment release through our finance department
- Getting shipping line DO released
- If clearance is in our scope then coordinating with our CHA & customer for clearance related activities
- Arranging transportation for customer door delivery in case the delivery is in our scope
- Invoicing to customer and sending the bills
Work Experience & Education
- 3-5 Yrs Sea import operations
- Knowledge of cargo vise software
- Any graduate and post graduate preferred
- Good communication
